We start with thesimplest of ingredients; semolina flour and filteredwater; add some passionfor freshness and quality and the end result is a piping hot bowl of delicious pasta made to order while you watch!
Our hand tossed pizzas follow suit; the dough is made in the same fashionthen stretched and topped with just enough toppingsto create the perfect thin crust treat.
Salads made from a special blend of hand cut lettuces andtossed with homemade dressings.
Desserts are still made the old fashion way, we hand fold all of our mousses and bake everything in house.
