Vapiano serves hand crafted fresh pasta which is made by our Vapianisti each and every morning in our Pasta Manifattura station. We start with the simplest of ingredients; semolina flour and filtered water; add some passion for freshness and quality and the end result is a piping hot bowl of delicious pasta made to order while you watch! Our hand tossed pizzas follow suit; the dough is made in the same fashion then stretched and topped with just enough toppings to create the perfect thin crust treat. Salads made from a special blend of hand cut lettuces and tossed with homemade dressings. Desserts are still made the old fashion way, we hand fold all of our mousses and bake everything in house.
